KuroNekoCon 2019 Mascot Entry

Another KuroNekoCon mascot contest entry, this one for 2019. Theme was J-Fashion. I chose to go with visual kei, but decora and mori entries won out. But I had a lot of fun designing this (even though I spent waaaay too much time on it).

The one I submitted had Tsuki, but I’m not that happy with how she looked since I was experimenting with something, so I took her out for posting since I think the design stands out better on it’s own.
