I Can't Decide

This Kurezi Maniac, a character that I was inspired to create while listening to "I Can't Decide" by Scissor Sisters.... I wanted to draw a crazy person. I have a weird head canon with this character with some of my other OCs, but that head canon isn't official (yet at least).
